Frequently Asked Questions

Junk Removal
edition

  • Can I Get a Quote Ahead of Time?

We offer free on-site quotes so we can accurately see how much space your items will take up in our trailer. This helps us give you the most fair and accurate price.

We do not provide quotes through photos as pictures can be misleading and don’t always show the full scope of the job.

Pricing starts at $110 for a small load (like a single item), and a full trailer is typically around $495.

  • How Much Is Junk Removal?

We price based on how much space your items take up in our trailer. Our minimum pickup starts at $110, which usually covers one item (a small loveseat, BBQ grill, or full-size mattress, etc.)

From there, the cost depends on how much junk you have. We’ll give you an exact quote on-site after we see everything in person so there are no surprises.

  • What Is Not Accepted?

We do not remove the following items:

    - Household hazardous waste (like paint, stains, or oil)
    - Chemicals
    - Batteries
    - Explosives

If you’re unsure about a specific item, please reach out.

  • Do I Need to Be There or Do Anything to Prepare?

Not at all! You can kick back while our team takes care of everything from start to finish.

The only exception: If something needs to be unplugged or power shut off, we’ll need you there for safety—we’re not licensed electricians.

Other than that, we’ve got it covered!

  • Are There Any Extra Fees?

In some cases, additional fees may apply based on the items or the work involved. Extra charges could include things like:

    - Tires
    - Construction debris
    - Multiple flights of stairs
    - Demo or dismantling work

We’ll always let you know ahead of time.

  • What If I Have More Than I Thought?

No problem at all! We’re experienced professionals with the equipment and team to handle jobs of any size, from single-item pickups to full property cleanouts, and even large commercial projects.

If it turns out you have more than expected, we’ve got it covered and will adjust the plan as needed to get the job done right.

  • What Time Will You Arrive?

We’ll arrive at the start of your scheduled window. The full time block allows us enough room to complete the removal and handle proper disposal before heading to the next client.

  • What Types of Payment Do You Accept?

    We accept:

    - All major debit and credit cards
    - Cash
    - Checks

    Whatever works best for you!

  • Do You Take Metal?

Yes, we accept metal items! They are charged at our standard junk removal rates.

Please note: We do not offer free metal pickup.

  • What Do I Do With My Paint Cans and Oil?

While we cannot transport hazardous waste like paint or oil, you can take these items to the Household Hazardous Waste Facility at:
    5551 SW Imperial Way, Bremerton

  • Do You Accept Tires?

Yes, we do! There is an extra fee for tire removal due to the recycling costs we incur.

If you prefer, you can also take your tires to a local tire shop for recycling, often at a lower fee.

  • Am I Supposed to Tip for Junk Removal?

Nope! Tipping is never expected but always appreciated. Count on our family team to show up ready to work hard, no matter what.

If we go above and beyond, a tip is a lovely way to say thanks. But honestly, one of the best things you can do to support us is leave a kind Google review—it truly means so much and helps others feel confident trusting our team.
